My Pilates Hub primarily works out of ‘Active Healthcare’ in Hedsor, Bourne End, owned by James Ellis. Working closely with the practitioners’ we are able to liaise with Reformer Pilates referrals and have direct discussions regarding your individual needs, to enable the best treatment.
You do not need to be a client of the clinic to attend the group mat classes or to book the reformers sessions.
